Role & responsibilities

• Attendance Management.
• New Joinee Formalities.
• Maintaining Employees Personal files and maintaining HR documents.
• Arranging Monthly Meeting.
• Arranging training for employees .
• Exit formalities and full and final settlements of employees.
• Answer questions from staff about wages, attendance, time records, and deductions
• Maintain office equipment.
• Maintain payroll processing system and records
• Assist the statutory compliance (PF , ESIC , LWF).
• Process the company payroll every payment period
• Coordinate requests for leave and other absences

Required skills and qualifications

• BBA / MBA
• Ability to prioritise tasks and great organisational capabilities.
• Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• 12 years of experience in a similar job or other customer-facing roles.
