Job Opportunity - HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Ensuring timely end to end recruitment of the Head Office & Ethical Marketing.
• Ensuring timely updation of recruitment tracker.

2. Inductions & Orientation

• Corporate Inductions of the new Joiners of Head Office & Ethical Marketing.
• Arrangements of the inductions of the Ethical Marketing

3. Training & Development:

• To Analyze training requirement for the Ethical Marketing team.
• Preparing training materials & Modules
• To organize training workshops for the Ethical Marketing Department

4. Employee Relations:

• Provide support in managing employee relations by addressing concerns, complaints, and grievances.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities.

5. Other Activities:

• To take up new HR initiatives & implement in the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

A Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Experience:

Proven experience in HR.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in HR software or the ability to learn quickly.
