Inside Sales Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve monthly targets through effective communication, coaching, and feedback.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition rates by providing training programs, addressing performance gaps, and improving overall employee satisfaction.
  
• Analyze shrinkage metrics to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and develop corrective actions to minimize losses.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and meet KPIs.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, etc. to optimize team performance.
