Position Overview:

As a TM, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team responsible for optimizing prompt engineering, managing content moderation, and creating high-quality content for AI applications. Your role will be crucial in driving project success, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of prompt engineers, content moderators, and content writers. Set goals, provide feedback, and ensure professional growth.

• Project Oversight: Coordinate team efforts to deliver high-quality outputs for AI/LLM projects. Monitor progress, manage resources, and address any challenges.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to align on project requirements and deliverables.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all content and prompts meet the highest standards and align with project objectives and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in any field. Advanced degree is a plus.

• Experience: 4+ years in a management role.

• Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage diverse teams and drive project success.

• Desirable: Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and content moderation best practices.
