Job Description

Position- Executive/ Sr. Executive MIS

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Data Reconciliation:
• Receive and reconcile datasets, working closely with data providers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain open and effective communication channels with external partners.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy through collaborative efforts.
  
• Transaction and Confirmation Management:
• Generate and distribute transaction records, ensuring clear communication with recipients.
• Proactively follow up on confirmations and address any related inquiries.
  
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze data to identify trends and potential issues, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, highlighting key performance metrics.
  
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with data providers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide excellent support and address any data-related concerns.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, client communication, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
• Strong understanding of data management and reconciliation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of database management is a plus.
