Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Admission Counselor for our Miraj location on a Fixed-Term-Employment basis

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process

This role requires strong communication skills and an ability to build relationships with potential students and parents.

Qualifications And Skills

Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience in admissions counseling or student counseling services.

Strong understanding of academic counseling processes and the ability to effectively communicate benefits to prospective students.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally.

Proven ability in managing the admission process efficiently and effectively, ensuring seamless communication between all parties.

Fluent English Communication skills (Mandatory skill) for effectively engaging with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.

Experience as an Education Counselor (Mandatory skill) to provide valuable guidance on educational pathways.

Proficiency as a Student Counselor (Mandatory skill) for addressing various student needs and concerns.

Skilled in Admissions Counseling to support the enrollment goals of the institution.

Capability to handle sensitive information discreetly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and conduct student admissions processes, ensuring adherence to the institutions standards and procedures.
