We are seeking a Mid-Level Admission Counselor for our school in Panaji.

This is a Full-Time position requiring between 4 to 6 years of work experience.

Qualifications And Skills.

Admission Counselor experience (Mandatory skill) with a minimum of 4 to 6 years in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.

Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing (Mandatory skill), particularly within an educational institution or similar environment.

Proven experience as an Education Counselor, demonstrating a deep understanding of academic programs and admission processes.

Fluent in English, with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to prospective students and parents.

Ability to provide personalized guidance to students and families, showcasing a genuine understanding of their needs and educational aspirations.

Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently within the context of the admissions cycle.

Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members to facilitate a smooth admission experience.

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist prospective students and their families throughout the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
