About The
Role :

Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner. Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other). Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy
technical specifications
Assess potential risks, materials and costs
Attend Pre bid meetings with
vendors and consultants in coordination with Contracts team. Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies. Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders. Handle over the resulting structures and services for use. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site. Estimate quantities and cost of materials with Purchase team, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility
Billing for the works done as per BOQ, justifications for extra quantities. Coordination for Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel

Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program
