Role & responsibilities:

• Project management: Supporting project management by maintaining safety records, attending meetings, and sharing suggestions for improvement
• Communication: Communicating effectively with clients and other departments
• Data entry: Entering timesheets and project costing
• Facility management: Managing cleaning supplies, checking and sorting equipment, and cleaning facilities
• IT maintenance: Maintaining files and documents
• Liaison: Liaising with Govt. departments
• Technical support: Assisting with technical queries from subcontractors and supervisors
• Inventory management: Managing inventory
• Scheduling: Creating schedules
• Invoicing: Preparing invoices

Preferred candidate profile : Candidate should be from 'Highways Construction Industry'.
