Key Result Area :
- To ensure the liquidity requirement of the Company(to maintain a working relationship and to develop additional relationships with banks, financial institutions and capital markets with the aim of securing the funds necessary for the operations, the attainment of its development plans and its investments)
- To comply with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements , to implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor the performance ,flow of funds, the adherence to the budget, the expenditures, the income, the cost of sales and other budgetary items
- To ensure mutually agreed ROE and ROA
- Handling NHB & RBI Compliances
- To supervise and implement a timely, full and accurate set of accounting books of the firm reflecting all its activities in a manner commensurate with the relevant legislation
- To ensure regulation and to ensure all internal and external compliances of the Company. To appraise the Board of Directors any irregularity, lack of compliance, lack of adherence
Fund Raising and Transaction Management:
Developing new sources and different instruments of domestic/International funding
a. Fund Raising for on-lending purpose to clients through Terms Loans, Partnership Securitization/Buyouts Non-Convertible Debentures and Equity
b. Liaising with Banks/Financial Institution, Building and managing relations with funders & various other stakeholders
c. Spearheading structuring & negotiating transactions with commercial banks and FIs at favorable terms.
Fund Management, Financial Planning Budgeting :
- Optimizing the funds requirement of the company to achieve the overall goal of the company.
- Designing business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realizing corporate goals; spearheading business process re-engineering initiatives, Ensuring timely payment of the Banks's/Financial Institutions.
- Leading the preparation of Operating and Capital/Project Budget and monitoring thereof with actuals and reporting of variances. Identifying areas where costs can be reduced or efficiencies can increase.
a. Financial Projections (Profit & loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Projections)
- Financial Modeling (Scenario Building & Analysis)
b. Ratio Analysis and suggesting strategies to improve the same (Liquidity, Profitability etc.)
c. Reviewing Financial, Operational, Variance Analysis
Treasury and Working Capital Management:
Monitoring the inflow & outflow of funds and ensure optimum utilization of available funds to accomplish organizational goals. Monitoring the cash flow of the company to review the cash position and forecasting funds required for numerous necessities. Short term funding and working capital management.
Finance & Accounts:
Supervising overall financial performance by providing timely financial analysis. Overseeing the finalization of Books of Accounts, General Ledger & Trial Balance. Reviewing profitability and costing, monitoring of operational costs on regular basis,
External & Internal Reporting:
a. Supervising "Reporting to Banks, Financial Institutions" pre & post sanctions
b. Supervision of Statutory Reporting to Reserve Bank of India
c. Reporting to various non-regulatory/Industry Associations
d. Developing one of the best MIS in the Industry
e. Reporting of critical performance issues to the Board
