Chief Financial Officer - MNC Bank
The CFO will be the primary and senior advisory to the Bank's Leadership Team and Board on all financial matters.
- 10+ years of financial professional experience.
- Experience in managing investment, funding, hedging and financial planning.
- Knowledge of banking industry, technology, bank products.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and experience with bank reporting and regulations
- Strong analytical abilities to analyze data and make high-level decisions.
- Keep track with regulatory, taxation, and compliance issues and ensure adherence to all banking related laws and regulations.
Responsible for :
- Finance function, to ensure that all banking operations are monitored and controlled against budget, all financial transactions are treated appropriately, accurate financial information is available to support management decision-making and to ensure that the bank adheres to all regulatory requirements and legislation.
- Developing strong control systems for assets and report accurate financial results.
- Bank's Asset/Liability Management and recommending strategies to improve operating margins and liquidity.
- The issuance of all financial information of the company including revenues, expenses, preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Annual Reports etc.
- Oversee all Vendor Payments and Purchases
- Oversee all payroll activity and ensure timely credit of staff salaries, incentives, bonuses and other benefits
- Drafting, Monitoring And Implementation of Budgets
- Overseeing all treasury activities including banking, investment, debt issuance, and liquidity management.
- Assist the CEO in identifying new funding opportunities for business initiatives.
- Develop financial and tax strategies to assist in the implementation of strategic business plans.
- Keep abreast of current market and industry issues, regulation and policies, and maintains relationships with the community and industry trade groups.
- Communicate treasury strategies, policy limits, and performance to Board Committees.
- Implement a suitable system to assist with all financial reporting to the board, Regulators and any other External Stakeholder.
- To provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure that proper fiduciary direction and processes are in place.
- Will be responsible for the formulation and execution of the organization's short-term and long-term financial goals, strategies and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with necessary regulations, and applicable internal policies and procedures to ensure safe and sound business operations, record-keeping, and the proper disclosure of required financial, operational, and management information.
