Job Description

Coordinate with team members and managers for smooth working.
Directly involve in phone calls and email communications behalf of director.
Schedule meetings, MRM and appointments for Directors, vendors, other companies
Maintain calendar with tour plan and appointments
Make a schedule of meetings at the time of tour
Maintain filling and documentations related to directors.
Responsible for taking MOM and tasks from meetings arranged by directors, also taking timely follow up of task given by management to HODs/ Managers.
Daily reports to be taken from every department. For Ex. Production report, finance report, marketing report and other departments.
Analysis of data to be done on daily, weekly and monthly meeting.
As per data analysis, try to provide solutions to related department/ or discuss it with director. (if not able to make a solution)
To be ensure that cycle of given task or problem will be completed/ resolved through correct action/ provide related solution.
