The Campus Lead, Institutional Advancement is a pivotal role responsible for driving fundraising strategies, donor engagement, and advancement activities at Plaksha University.
The role reports to the Head of Institutional Advancement.
Job Description
1. Fundraising Strategy and Execution
• Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospects, with a special focus on Punjab and other key regions.
• Leading initiatives to engage high-net-worth individuals and corporates, amplifying Plaksha’s mission.
• Collaborating with university leadership to design and implement impactful fundraising campaigns.
2. Campus Lead for Advancement Activities
• Acting as the primary point of contact for all advancement activities, fostering strong donor relationships.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to align donor engagement with institutional priorities.
• Organizing tailored campus visits for donors, highlighting Plaksha’s mission and creating opportunities for securing commitments.
• Planning and executing high-impact events, both on and off-campus, to deepen donor engagement and strengthen connections.
Experience and Education
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
Experience:
• 8–12 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, stakeholder engagement, or a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, or institutional donors.
• Proven track record of designing and executing impactful fundraising campaigns or projects.
• Experience in organizing and managing high-profile events with measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with philanthropic networks, particularly in Punjab or similar regions, is desirable but not mandatory.
• Exposure to working in higher education, non-profits, or similar mission-driven organizations is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience of managing budgets effectively and efficiently
Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at navigating dynamic institutional environments.
