Role & responsibilities
Business Development:
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for ERP implementation services.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys client base.
• Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their ERP needs and present tailored solutions.
• Leverage networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to identify leads and build connections.
Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives. • Conduct discovery meetings to analyze client business processes and identify challenges that can be addressed through ERP solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the benefits and ROI of ERP implementations.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns targeting ERP prospects.
• Provide ongoing feedback to product and implementation teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain a robust understanding of ERP platforms like Zoho, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and stay updated on industry advancements.
Reporting and Forecasting:
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates to senior management.
