Job Description
- Receive work orders and allocate work to technicians.
- Ensure works are completed within time and close work orders.
- Coordinate with Production, warehouse, EHS, QC and other users to solve maintenance works.
- Executing modification works in coordination with user / electrical/ instrumentation teams as per P&ID.
- Ensure GMP system is followed, while performing any maintenance activity.
- Ensure safety permits / PPE are followed while performing any maintenance activity.
- Ensure environmental practices are followed.
- Ensure good housekeeping is maintained at the workplace.
- Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately OR report to seniors.
- Coordinate with mechanical/ electrical/ utility/ instrument team to complete the Breakdown works of his area.
- Verification and measurement certification of vendor bills as per ARC/Quotation.
- Conduct training to the team.
- Follow maintenance sop s while performing any activity.
- Ensure Good engineering practice is followed.
- Spares management
- Coordinate with service providers to get the works done.
