1. Administrative , Technical & Safety control of the Engineering Department.
2. Liasoning with Electrical , Boiler , Factory Inspector , MIDC, and MPCB officers for inspection , monthly reports and approvals .
3. Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery .
4. Responsible for producing a quality product and maintaining quality systems of the company
5. Building maintenance of the plant.
6. HVAC compressed air and Nitrogen validation .
7. Legal compliance related to Engineering.
8. Energy Monitoring and Reports .
9. CAPEX and OPEX preparation and monitoring of Engg Dept.
10. Installation & commissioning of Plant and Utility equipment.
11. Vendor evaluation , development , and Procurement of spares of Machines
12. Handing of Industrial Relations problems in dept.
13. Development of departmental employees.
14. Planning and Implementation of Energy saving projects .
15. GMP compliance related to Engineering in plant.
16. Inventory of critical spares of critical machines
17. Utility supply to plant as per requirement.
18. Review of routine breakdown maintenance of p lant machinery .
19. Procurement of engineering-related spares for machinery .
20. Review of project status in the plant.
21. HVAC filter maintenance .
22. Audit point compl i ance , Ca li bration of instruments/ Equipment in the p l a n t as per schedule .
23. Review of departmental SOPs .
24. Responsible for MSEDCL billing and M . P.C . B Cess .
25. To ensure water consumption from the MIDC inlet and ETP out l et.
26. AMC work as per schedule .
27. Water and Power bill certification .
28. Submission of Energy consumption report to accounts .
29. Submission of DG cess .
30. Responsib l e for Pressure vessel/Lifting tackles / safety valves / flameproof fittings/piping checking as per factory act and schedu l e .
31. Water tank cleaning.
32. Illumination and noise level checking .
33. Electrical and Boi l er Inspe c tion as per schedule .
34. HVAC , compressed air and nitrogen validation as per schedule .
35. Responsible for Environment Monitoring and Room Va l idation .
36. Respon sib le for IM S ac tivities of engineering .
37. To determine interna l and external QEHS issues as w e ll as needs and expec t ations of relevant interested parties and monitor the same .
38. To implement QEHS policy & objectives .
39. To e n sure partic ip ation and consu lt ation of worker.
40. Ensure use of PPE.
41. To identify & communicate incidents , QEHS non-conformities , investigate and take corrective actions on the same.
42. To ensure work permit system during maintenance activities.
43. To implement QEHS continual improvement projects at site and monitor.
44. To ensure disposal of waste.
45. Aut horized to make decision in the workplace to eliminate or reduce the risk of occupational health and to enforce the safe work practices.
46. Authorized to Investigate work place related In cidences, Near misses and Accidents .
47. Authorized for reporting of Hazards , In ciden t , accidents and near miss Reporting .
48. Authorized to prepare and review of OH&S performance document.
49. Authorized to conduct training of employees and workmen related to OHSMS .

Qualification: BE / B.tech (Mechanical /Electrical)
