Job Description
- Follow GLP, GDP and Data Integrity practices while working in laboratory
- To perform sampling of raw material and packaging materials as per SOP.
- Routine analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, In-process, finished products, cleaning swabs and stability samples.
- To perform calibration of the analytical instruments.
- Preparation of technical documents like SOPs, specifications, COA, STP, Validation protocols/reports, Transfer protocols/reports etc.
- Archival and retrieval of system documents i.e. Instrument logbooks, Registers etc.
- Validation and Verification of analytical methods.
- Follow GxP (GMP, GDP etc.) for all processes.
- Reporting of analytical data and submit for review and release.
- Maintain hygienic condition in respective department.

Managers favouritism makes working environment and culture worst. I am at PPDS site Ahmedabad since last ૩ years, and witnessing the biasness in promotion, annual appraisal and day to day work distribution to fellow. Some people sit whole the day and make PPT of 4-5 slides, while some are loaded with extreme work burden by manager.
