Job Description
- GC and Wet Analysis with LIMS Experience: Responsible for performing GC and wet analysis with expertise in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Laboratory Compliance: Maintain the laboratory in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), 21 CFR guidelines, and ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Data Integrity: Adhere to data integrity policies, ensuring compliance with ALCOA++ principles during all activities within the company premises.
- Administrative Compliance: Follow administrative policies, including personal hygiene, HR procedures, and environmental and safety regulations within the site premises.
- Safety and Reporting: Identify unsafe conditions or actions within the laboratory, report to the supervisor or HOD - QC, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Laboratory and Instrument Maintenance: Ensure the laboratory and instruments are kept neat, clean, and in good working condition at all times.
- Abnormality Communication: Promptly communicate any abnormalities observed during analysis and escalate them to the supervisor for appropriate action.
- LIMS Deployment and Management: Actively participate in LIMS deployment, serve as LIMS administrator, and ensure compliance with CSV (Computer System Validation) requirements. Manage LIMS data, master data creation, and static data maintenance.
- Support in Investigations and CAPA: Perform assessments, support investigations and deviations, and assist in the effective implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
