Executive ( Warehouse / Stores )

• Inventory Monitoring:
  
• Oversee day-to-day inventory management.
• Ensure timely receipt and issue of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Engineering Materials.
• Planning and Inventory Management:
  
• Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels for RM, PM, and Engineering materials.
• Manage receipts and align them with operational requirements.
• MIS Reports:
  
• Prepare accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports and monthly statements.
• QMS and Documentation:
  
• Perform Quality Management System (QMS)-related activities, including online documentation, change controls, and investigations.
• Prepare, revise, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per operational and regulatory needs.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and maintain the warehouse in an audit-ready state.
• Safety and Discipline:
  
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain discipline within the department to adhere to company values and regulatory guidelines.
