Senior Executive Quality Control

Candidate should have adept knowledge of handling sophisticated Analytical Instruments. He should be able to work, adopt and guide subordinates in following Good Laboratory Practices. He should be well versed with various regulatory & Statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile: Should have minimum Four years experience. He should be able to work with the team and be willing to take initiative & challenge for completing the task assigned.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain sophisticated analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, etc. Implement and enforce Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results. Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Review and validate analytical data to meet regulatory and statutory requirements. Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and analytical reports. Handle OOS (Out of Specification) investigations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). Train, guide, and supervise junior team members in the Quality Control department. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA, EU GMP, ICH Guidelines, and other statutory norms. Support audits by preparing documentation and addressing queries from regulatory authorities and clients. Continuously improve laboratory processes and ensure optimal efficiency in testing and reporting.
