Chief Manager S4 HANA Process Excellence role

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for enhancing and optimizing S4 HANA processes within the organization.
• Facilitate/ Drive enhancement in the processes through business process re-engineering(BPR).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure establish the KPI dashboards in line with the business requirements and the OE framework.
• Partner in the design and development of the SAP S/4 HANA based dashboards and MIS.
• Responsible for the drafting of URS in alignment with the key stakeholders and working with the SAP core team in the implementation process.
• Own the overall SAP S/4 HANA based Operational and Process Excellence framework deployment governance.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in S4 HANA process excellence to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

10+ years of experience in process improvement and optimization, with a focus on S4 HANA processes.

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Certifications in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma or Lean.
• Proven track record of driving measurable results through process excellence initiatives in a large organization.
