Job Description

Job Overview
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. Also essential in supporting a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Stakeholders: All Internal Stakeholders
Reporting Structure: Role directly reports to AGM- Human Resources
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • To look after manpower planning, Recruitment Selection, Human Resources Development, Wages & Salary Administration, Discipline, Compliance with Labor Laws & Regulations, Performance Appraisal, Formulation of Rules & Procedures, Career Progression, Medical, Employee Welfare.
  • To play an active role in the change process by offering HR Interventions to help ensure a successful integration.
  • To conduct various employee s engagement initiative/interventions leading to neighed workforce and better retention.
  • To maintain harmonious relationship with union representatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems.
  • Coordinate administration of compensation, benefit plans and leave.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Promote HR programs to ensure a happy and healthy work environment.
  • Develop interesting HR programs and keep employees engaged.
  • Develop and implement new human resource policies.
  • Collect and assess HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics.
  • Responsible for learning and development
Experience: Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in handling HR generalist roles
Skills And Competencies:
Quick learner with excellent communication skills
Punctual with proven track record of dedication & reliability
A team player who is equally capable of working alone
Fluent in both written and spoken English
MBA Human Resources
