Senior Manager-Regional Fulfilment

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Primary Transportation (PAN India), Warehousing and Distribution operations across our West region. The role involves ensuring efficient primary transportation, warehousing, distribution and inventory management to meet business objectives while minimizing costs and improving service levels. The candidate must have strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage a high-paced supply chain in the FMCG sector.

• 6 - 8 years experience in supply chain with at least 5 years in Logistics & distribution role, preferably from FMCG
• Strong knowledge of primary transportation, warehousing and distribution
• Experience working with 3PL partners and logistics vendors
• Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of GST, E-Way Bills, and other regulatory requirements in India.
