Role Reports to - Sr. VP - Global engineering and Projects Head

Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in leading Pharmaceutical Formulation Projects and executing civil ,electrical ,mechanical Utilities and HVAC systems of large greenfield projects showcasing expertise in design, execution, commissioning, and qualification.

Expertise in project estimation, contracting ,contractor management with appropriate project management practices /tools .

Experience in installation of manufacturing equipment for oral solid dosage/Liquid forms/ Injectable

Strong projects and engineering background.

Demonstrated leadership acumen with the ability to lead project management teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Independently manage multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with site teams, contractors, safety, quality, and finance departments.

KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Design and Execution:

Lead the design and execution of both Greenfield and Brownfield Pharmaceutical projects.

Strategic Leadership:

Provide strategic leadership to ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Global Project Management:

Manage and oversee global Pharma projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Innovative Solutions:

Drive the integration of innovative solutions in project design and execution, with a focus on technological advancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various project elements.

Departmental Initiatives:

Take a lead role in driving departmental initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards in project design and execution.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate risks associated with Pharmaceutical projects, both Greenfield and Brownfield.

Stakeholder Communication:

Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders at all levels.

Talent Development:

Contribute to the development and mentoring of team members, fostering a high-performance work culture.
