General Manager Corporate Projects & Engineering( Formulation Project)

Role & responsibilities

Project Design and Execution:

Lead the design and execution of both Greenfield and Brownfield Pharmaceutical projects.

Strategic Leadership:

Provide strategic leadership to ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Global Project Management:

Manage and oversee global Pharma projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Innovative Solutions:

Drive the integration of innovative solutions in project design and execution, with a focus on technological advancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various project elements.

Departmental Initiatives:

Take a lead role in driving departmental initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards in project design and execution.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate risks associated with Pharmaceutical projects, both Greenfield and Brownfield.

Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in leading Pharmaceutical Formulation Projects and executing civil ,electrical ,mechanical Utilities and HVAC systems of large greenfield projects showcasing expertise in design, execution, commissioning, and qualification.
• Expertise in project estimation, contracting ,contractor management with appropriate project management practices /tools .
• Experience in installation of manufacturing equipment for oral solid dosage/Liquid forms/ Injectable
• Strong projects and engineering background.
• Demonstrated leadership acumen with the ability to lead project management teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Independently manage multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with site teams, contractors, safety, quality, and finance departments.
