Job Description
We are in search of a seasoned professional to join our team as Deputy General Manager, specializing in both Greenfield and Brownfield Pharmaceutical projects. The ideal candidate should possess a wealth of experience in project execution. As a crucial member of our organization, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in spearheading assigned global Pharma projects , ensuring their successful execution and delivery.
Key Stakeholders: Internal
Executive Leadership Team, Project Management Team, Engineering Team, Supply Chain Management, Finance, HR Department, Operational Team
Key Stakeholders: External
Design Firms, Engineering Contractors, Statutory and Regulatory agencies, Technology and Equipment suppliers, vendors, Professional Association and Networks
Reporting Structure
Role Reports to - Sr. VP - Global engineering and Projects Head
Experience
Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in leading Pharmaceutical Formulation Projects and executing civil ,electrical ,mechanical Utilities and HVAC systems of large greenfield projects showcasing expertise in design, execution, commissioning, and qualification.
Expertise in project estimation, contracting ,contractor management with appropriate project management practices /tools .
Experience in installation of manufacturing equipment for oral solid dosage/Liquid forms/ Injectable
Strong projects and engineering background.
Demonstrated leadership acumen with the ability to lead project management teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Independently manage multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with site teams, contractors, safety, quality, and finance departments.

Project Design and Execution:
Lead the design and execution of both Greenfield and Brownfield Pharmaceutical projects.
Strategic Leadership:
Provide strategic leadership to ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Global Project Management:
Manage and oversee global Pharma projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Innovative Solutions:
Drive the integration of innovative solutions in project design and execution, with a focus on technological advancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various project elements.
Departmental Initiatives:
Take a lead role in driving departmental initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards in project design and execution.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with Pharmaceutical projects, both Greenfield and Brownfield.
Stakeholder Communication:
Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders at all levels.
Talent Development:
Contribute to the development and mentoring of team members, fostering a high-performance work culture.

Integrate environmentally sustainable practices into project design and execution.
Technological Trends:
Stay abreast of technological trends in the Pharmaceutical industry, incorporating relevant advancements into projects.

Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and industry experts to enhance project outcomes.
BE Mechanical/Electrical/Civil (Preferably Electrical ) with 20 years of Experience.
