Deputy General Manager - Projects

Masters degree in architecture, Real Estate Development, or related field.

• Lead the strategic planning and development initiatives for real estate projects, ensuring alignment with Adanis overall business objectives and growth strategy.
• Drive the formulation of master plans, feasibility studies, and project schedules, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Oversee the land acquisition process, conducting thorough due diligence and negotiations with landowners and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, design, construction, and legal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide expert guidance on zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental impact assessments to ensure compliance and sustainability.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demographic shifts to identify new business opportunities and market positioning strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project status, financial projections, and risk assessment.
• Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the planning and development team.
