Job Description
- A competent professional with 12.5 years experience in:
Production Operations, Plant Operations, Process Improvement, Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Skilled in enhancing production process operations, optimizing resource utilization, and escalating productivity & operational efficiencies.
- Hands-on experience in taking stringent quality measures including preparation of necessary documents to ensure compliance with standards & customer s requirements.
- Proficient in developing SOP for new processes for ensuring environment & safety aspects.
- Well versed with equipment like Reactors, ANFD, Batch Distillation, Sparkler Filter, Heat Exchanger, etc.
- Well versed in unit process like Hydrogenation, Flourination, Alkylation and etc.
- Implementing & enforcing quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
- Managing production and implementing plans with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the cost parameters.
- Working with other professionals to improve production facilities & reduce incident of costly breakdown; developing strategies to improve overall reliability & safety of plant, personnel, and production processes.
- Planning & managing operations of an organization to ensure and enhancing performance, productivity & profitability.
- Reducing power consumption and ensuring zero incident / accident in factory premises.
- Developing & streamlining systems with proven ability to enhance operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within the cost, time & quality parameters.
- Managing quality across raw materials, work in progress, finished goods in various functional departments as per PSM standards.
- To Support and co-ordinate external PSM audits, gap assessments and other process safety studies.
- Participated in HAZOP, WHAT If and all type of audit.
- Highly involved in TQM 5 S, and lead KAIZEN as champion and maintain monthly MIS.
- Certified by CII green belt SIX SIGMA
- All products semi finish, and finish booked in SAP.
- All products cross check SAP vs actual consumption for audit compliance.
- Preparation of daily production report.
- Handling the process plant and trying to get optimum production.
- Responsible for calculation of production and consumption raw materials.
