Job Description:

• 20+ years in manufacturing, out of which 5 + years as Production Head / Plant Head
• Knowledge of production techniques such as Lean Manufacturing
• Knowledge of quality concepts such as Six Sigma, JIT, TQM, Kaizen, 5S
• Overall Responsible for the Effective Functioning of the Welding, Press Operations, and Dispatch
• Responsible for achieving Targets in Production/Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Safety, and Machine Availability.
• Cost-conscious on all the production jobs. Just in time practices. Knowledge of EBITDA Calculations
• Customer coordination for complaints, audit Ncs with an action plan
