Certification Required -Professional certification in production management is desirable.
Technical Skills
Expertise in precast concrete production techniques and methodologies
Skilled in promoting & implementing Six Sigma, Quality Circle, 5S, Kaizen, etc.
Familiarity with manufacturing of Precast Products like; Columns, Walls, Beams, Slabs, Footings, Staircases, Shell Roofs, Facades, Trenches, etc.
Knowledge of quality control processes and standards in construction
Familiarity with safety regulations and practices related to precast production
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to precast production

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the precast production team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.
Oversee the planning and scheduling of production activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to optimize precast concrete elements for various construction projects.
Manage and optimize the use of resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to enhance production efficiency.
Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in precast production processes.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality materials and resources.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding production activities, challenges, and achievements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for enhancing precast production capabilities.
Leading and mentoring a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
