Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for used car loans, commercial vehicle loans, auto loans, and other financial products.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth and market share in the region.
  
• Build strong relationships with dealerships, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
