Area Sales Manager - Vehicle Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for commercial vehicle finance products such as LCVs, trucks, tractors, and two-wheelers.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships across the assigned territory to increase business opportunities.
  
• Identify new market segments and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to improve their skills and productivity.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
