Request Management - Train, assist, and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client managers and suppliers
Project Mgmt. - Mgmt. of special projects as necessary i.e. large hiring initiatives, VMS tool clean up, and assist with supplier rationalization process
Client Management - Assist Client Hiring Managers with inquiries and requests related to the program. Ensure managers are educated on and following program policies for compliance as well as a seamless hiring process
Relationship Mgmt. - Build, grow, maintain and leverage relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, supplier partners and internal resources to ensure overall program success
Customer Service - Maintain a service-focused mentality that delivers an excellent experience to client hiring managers, stakeholders, internal Pinnacle partners, and suppliers
Technology - Extensive use within MSP tool ex. Beeline, ERP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Train new client managers and suppliers as needed on VMS tool if applicable.
Audit Compliance - Ensure proper documentation is being submitted by suppliers in a timely manner. Work closely with suppliers and client managers to ensure program needs (ex. timecards and Pos) are being submitted and approved on time for SLA/KPI purposes
