Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Work with designated Customers and Recruiting team to identify open needs, qualifying those needs, presenting top candidates, and providing candidate interview feedback
Drive placements, oversee contract negotiations and agreements to maximize profit
Assist recruiting team with weekly submits
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status for internal stakeholders
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Educational Experience Requirements:
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in the IT Staffing space
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to juggle multiple delivery management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
