Responsibilities:

The role will entail wearing multiple hats including :

- Work on high impact special projects directly with the founders and senior management.

- Dig into detailed business metrics, identify root causes/ insights and pick- up hands on execution to drive projects to closure within expected timelines

- Work cross functionally across teams to Get Things Done

- Lead 0 to 1 initiatives, such as new business models, partnerships, transformation projects, etc. that require cross functional collaboration, execute successful POCs, derive learnings, layout the long term processes and hand over to long term owners

- Identify and prioritize medium- long term projects that can deliver non- linear growth in scale of business and/ or revenues

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience

- Entrepreneurial acumen

- Ability to break down complex problems into smaller pieces and layout clear game plans.

- Comfort with big datasets and ability to derive actionable insights.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and translate efforts into results.

- Ability to manage stakeholders across levels to deliver on challenging execution plans.
