Independently analyse and develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems. Design solutions under the supervision of an Architect along with managing a team

Outcomes:

1. Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications Deployment documentation
2. Perform design document reviews peer code reviews and suggest code improvements
3. A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on time
4. Learn technology business/system domain and as recommended by the project/account
5. Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
6. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
7. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
8. Optimize efficiency cost and quality.
9. A self-learner implementing new features released in relevant technology wherever possible.
10. Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimize application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Responsible for others developmental activities
11. Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
12. Code debug test and document and communicates product/component/feature development stages.
13. Validate results with user representatives integrates and commissions the overall solution.
14. Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and improvements in business processes. complete sprint deliverables ahead of time helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders etc

  Role: SAP Sales & Distribution Functional consultant for S/$HANA upgrade project Number of positions: 5 to 10 Experience: 7 to 10 years project implementation / support experience in SAP SD / OTC module Nice to have SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Recognition) experience. Focus: SAP ECC Sales & Distribution, SAP RAR S/4HANA Experience (On-premise / Cloud) Location: Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) Requirements & Restrictions: NIL Language: Good proficiency in English Description: SAP SD Consultant with 7 to 14 years of functional experience in S/4HANA project implementation and/or support in the areas of Sales & Distribution and Shipping; Nice to have cross-application experience in SAP RAR, but not mandatory. Familiarity with system aspects as it relates to organizational structure; master data; pricing; order types; integration and execution. Requires deep knowledge and understanding in SAP Sales & Distribution and related business processes. Needs to have strong configuration skills, business processes & SD scenarios knowledge required and being articulate, punctual, organized and methodical. Must have 2-3 or more project implementations (full end-to-end cycle) and with support experience. Cross-application experience in RAR is desirable. Ability to play a key role for the SD implementation & S/4HANA upgrade, build good relationships with client user community and able to clearly communicate with members in all levels of the project is needed.
