Lead II - Enterprise Solutions

Independently analyse and develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems. Design solutions under the supervision of an Architect along with managing a team

Outcomes:

1. Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications Deployment documentation
2. Perform design document reviews peer code reviews and suggest code improvements
3. A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on time
4. Learn technology business/system domain and as recommended by the project/account
5. Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
6. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
7. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
8. Optimize efficiency cost and quality.
9. A self-learner implementing new features released in relevant technology wherever possible.
10. Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimize application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Responsible for others developmental activities
11. Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
12. Code debug test and document and communicates product/component/feature development stages.
13. Validate results with user representatives integrates and commissions the overall solution.
14. Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and improvements in business processes. complete sprint deliverables ahead of time helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders etc
15. Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams.
16. Set goals in NorthStar and timely. measure progress and update accordingly.

  Exp:: 8 to 12 yrs Candidate worked on Retail clients and business processes with cross functional knowledge of Integration with other module/s. Proficient in end-to-end business process knowledge and mapping these in system. Candidate with more than 6-8yrs experience , should be well-versed with the Core Interface (CIF) for ECC-EWM Master data. Good exposure to EWM rollouts and cutover activities involved. Have hands on configuration activities for org structure and Putaway and picking strategies. Experienced on custom enhancements & apps integrating with EWM system. Worked on FS preparation and FUT for custom reports/App changes. Excellent stake holder management with/in outside teams.
