SuccessFactors - Compensation & Variable Pay Must Have Skills: Experience of 4+ Years in SuccessFactors Compensation Management including Variable Pay. Minimum 1-2 End to End implementation experience in SF Compensation and Variable Pay and should have basic knowledge of other modules. Must have worked on Compensation template creation and copy, setting up route maps, guidelines, budgets, field-based permissions, role-based permissions, launch and testing of compensation forms, Manage variable pay plans configurations, Manage variable pay forms configurations Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration Workbook Must be flexible, open to change and have a natural ability to manage relationships, issues, risks, escalations, and communications. Develop and configure the SuccessFactors Compensation system. Should have worked in Application support and maintenance project. Understanding of business processes related to Core HR The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision. Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support. Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment. Ability to travel to client site. Knowledge in Follow areas: SF Employe Central, PM/GM, SP CDP and LMS Provide end user training on need basis for Compensation, Variable Pay. Qualifications: Qualification required- MBA/MCA/B. Tech/B. E Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation
