Lead II - Enterprise Solutions

Independently analyse and develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems. Design solutions under the supervision of an Architect along with managing a team

Outcomes:

1. Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications Deployment documentation
2. Perform design document reviews peer code reviews and suggest code improvements
3. A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on time
4. Learn technology business/system domain and as recommended by the project/account
5. Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice related activities like (but not limited to) assembling content for case studies contributing to reusability coordinating internal seminars and conduct knowledge sharing sessions organizing sessions during and participating in hackathons etc.
6. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
7. Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
8. Optimize efficiency cost and quality.
9. A self-learner implementing new features released in relevant technology wherever possible.
10. Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimize application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Responsible for others developmental activities
11. Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
12. Code debug test and document and communicates product/component/feature development stages.
13. Validate results with user representatives integrates and commissions the overall solution.
14. Influence and improve customer satisfaction through things like (but not limited to) offering suggestions for code refactoring and improvements in business processes. complete sprint deliverables ahead of time helping client architects and product owners by way of design suggestions and/or explaining functionality to business stakeholders etc

  UST is looking for a Salesforce Data cloud Developer OVERALL EXPERIENCE SFDC Senior System Analyst/Senior Developer: 5-6 years IT industry total experience, including hands on experience in Data Cloud. 3-4 years specifically in Salesforce. com development, and implementation, administration, and configuration. Excellent communication and be able to coordinate with and get Knowledge Transition from Onsite (USA-based) salesforce development teams and interact with IT/Business stakeholders there. Good to have experience in different Salesforce clouds/offerings: Sales, Service, Community. Other cloud/offerings like Marketing/Pardot, Einstein AI, Analytics, FSL etc are a plus. SALESFORCE. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud including building and maintaining Data Streams, DMO, DLO, Data mapping, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, Activation etc Configure and manage Data Streams to ingest large volumes of data from multiple sources. Implement and manage Identity Resolution (IR) rules to ensure accurate and unified customer profiles. Develop and optimize Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation processes to drive personalized customer experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data strategies, data models, and data mapping. Ensure proper data governance and apply data quality best practices across the platform. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Data Cloud. Design and implement data integration solutions, leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and other relevant tools. Create and maintain data models, schemas, and mappings for efficient data integration processes. Proficiency in SQL or other data query languages.
