Job Description
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a VDI SME, managing security agent updates on VDI infrastructure and software installations on VDI images (VDAs).
- Hands-on experience with Nutanix and NetScaler .
- Implement VDI security policy changes using AppSense or a comparable tool.
- Ensure VDI implementations ( delivery groups ) are appropriately sized and disk images are properly maintained (merged, consolidated, and deleted).
- Perform basic troubleshooting of Citrix, Windows/Linux OS, hardware, security agents, and VMs , escalating issues as needed.
- Manage OS ( Windows/Linux ), hardware ( firmware ), and security agent patching and updates.
- Participate in incident bridges, update tickets accurately and promptly, and escalate as necessary.
