Summary:
Seeking a data-driven professional with strong analytical and business acumen to support HR reporting and workforce analytics.
The Opportunity:
Work closely with HR and business leaders to analyze talent data, generate insights, and improve decision-making through data-driven strategies.
What you need:
Ability to partner with stakeholders, perform complex data analysis, create reports, and deliver actionable insights with effective visualization.
Required Skills:
4+ years in reporting and analytics
Expertise in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with Workday, Tableau, and BI tools
Strong consultative and communication skills
