Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors for the timely resolution of platform-related tickets and enhance overall email security performance. Mitigation Implementation: Assist with the implementation of countermeasures and mitigating controls for identified email security issues. Technical Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of multi-cluster Proofpoint setups to enhance security strategies and configurations. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 8-10 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years focusing on Proofpoint Email Security solutions. Strong understanding of email security protocols, including whitelisting, blacklisting, and phishing analysis. Good experience with email MTAs, SPAM filters, and products like Postfix or Sendmail Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
