Job Description
Experience: 8+ Yrs.
Location: Bangalore ( hybrid 2days office Sarjapur office)
Shift Time :1:30pm to 10 :30 pm.
Notice Period: 20 Days
Note: candidate should have good experience in SRE , Level 3 in Window and VMware both
Windows Administration:
- Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 OS-based performance issues .
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting VMware based Virtual Server Data Store, NSX based network .
- Strong knowledge in Active Directory Groups , Login script, gMSA , Group policy and managing System Registry changes .
- Group Policy Objects, registry and files system security as needed.
- Deploying and testing: Deploying and testing Windows operating systems, including virus updates, patches, and performance tuning .
- Managing user accounts: Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access .
- Experience in managing, DNS and DHCP, IIS and FTP .
- Experience in Windows cluster setup and troubleshooting
- Experiencing in OS upgradation and application migration.
- Knowledge in SCOM, SCCM tools for performing server monitoring and scheduling a various task SCOM or SCCM tool deployment knowledge is not required
- Manage scheduled WSUS based server patching and troubleshoot patching failure issues
- Ensure server patching post check and pre-check is done and ensure service is up and running
- Hands on experience in managing RDS farm
- Good to have knowledge in Legacy windows system 2000,2003,2008
VMware:
- Administration and troubleshooting of VMware, including configuring VXLAN, DLR and Edge Services Gateway.
- Troubleshooting of datastore disk space, Disk latency and Memory related issues
- Monitored Performance Configured Alarms/Alerts using vCenter Alarms and vROps
- Performed Design, Installation, Configuration, Administration and Troubleshooting of VMware
- Automation distributed and minimal deployments including provisioning to vSphere
- Integrate Active Directory with VCenter/VMware environment, Manage permission accordingly.
- Maintain and manage Integrated vROps monitoring system with VCentre
- Hands on experience in patching ESX host , ESX server recovery
- Hands on experience in Physcial hardware HP/CISCO UCS
- Good to have knowledge in Netapp storage
- Experience on installing and configuring SRM based replication
