Systems Engineer - L2 (Windows & VMWare)

Shift Timing: 5:00PM to 12:30AM IST

Job Description:

• Very good communication skills required oral & written.
• Familiar with ITSM and ITIL Process - Experienced in working with incident and change/service requests using ticketing tools.
• Troubleshooting and management experience in a large corporate or MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment that handles multiple customer environments with various technologies involved.
• Basic knowledge in NOC (Network Operations Center) Management. (Systems, Storage, Network, Security Tools etc.,)
• Experienced in coordinating with vendors for hardware, application and ISP support.
• Good knowledge in Windows, VMware, Azure administration. (Configuration, Patch Management etc.,)
• Experience with Storage Management e.g., Dell, Nimble, TrueNas, NetApp, etc.,
• Experienced in backup tool management (Veeam, Commvault etc.,)
• Well Experienced in monitoring tools like SolarWinds, N-Able, Nagios etc.,
• Good ability to scripting with PowerShell.
• Should be able to handle end user requests via Tickets and Phone Calls.
• Experienced in M365 management
• Microsoft Certification (preferred).
• Open to work in US shifts (US Day Shift) and weekends.
