Manager I - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant with extensive experience in the financial services sector, preferably in capital markets. This role is pivotal for driving efficiency and transformation initiatives within GTO Managed Services and ICS Operations businesses. The consultant will be responsible for Lean implementation, process reengineering, and business case development to achieve a 50% FTE reduction over two years, aligned with strategic growth plans. The ideal candidate should have strong consulting skills, hands-on expertise in Lean methodologies, and experience engaging with cross-functional teams.
