Job Description:

We are looking for a PowerApps Lead with 7-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and leading Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in PowerApps, Dataverse, Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and SQL . This role requires a blend of hands-on development and team leadership to drive PowerApps projects successfully.

Must-Have Skills:

• PowerApps (Canvas Apps & Model-driven Apps)
• Power Automate (Workflow automation and process optimization)
• Dataverse & SharePoint integration
• SQL Database (Data modeling and querying)
• Experience in enterprise system integration using APIs and connectors
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and compliance
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
• Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines for PowerApps solutions
• Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of PowerApps solutions for business requirements.
• Architect and optimize PowerApps applications for performance and scalability.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices in Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-focused solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor the team, and review code to ensure quality.
• Stay updated with Power Platform advancements and implement best practices.
