Senior Software Engineer - Power Apps Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - MS Power Platform

Role
Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and external systems.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform applications.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

All about you
Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and API management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Power Apps Experience:
oExpertise in integrating and customizing Power Apps with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft 365 services to create scalable solutions
oAbility to write custom code using languages like C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript for complex functionalities, API integrations, and extending Power Apps with custom connectors or plugins
oKnowledge of Azure Functions, API Management, and/or Logic Apps for building robust, cloud-based applications and handling complex enterprise-level integrations and workflows.
Power Automate Experience:
oExpertise in designing complex workflows using Power Automate, including multi-step processes, error handling, and conditional branching for efficient automation
oStrong proficiency in using HTTP requests, API integrations, and writing custom connectors with C# or JavaScript to extend Power Automates functionality beyond built-in connectors.
oExperience with Azure services like Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management, and the ability to handle large datasets and secure data transfers within automated processes.

Nice to have:
Power BI
oExpertise in creating complex data models, using advanced DAX functions for custom calculations, and optimizing performance within Power BI
oStrong ability to connect Power BI with diverse external data sources, including SQL databases, REST APIs, and cloud services, using custom connectors and Power Query
oProficiency in developing custom visuals using TypeScript and the Power BI Developer Tools, and embedding Power BI reports and dashboards into other applications using Power BI Embedded and the Power BI REST API.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
