Job Description

Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using .NET 6 and above framework, REST APIs and SQL Server.
Tools Technologies: .Net 6.0, C#, MS SQL Server, Postman, VS Code, Message Queues, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, Angular/React/Vue etc.
Full Stack Development: Collaborate on front-end development using Angular or React as needed.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and fostering a collaborative development environment.
Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles from concept to deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA and familiarity with Scrum methodology is essential.
Architecture and Design: Define and implement software architecture and design patterns like Circuit breaker, API Gateway, CQRS etc., ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration deployment (CI/CD).
Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving and evolving the technology stack

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in development of RESTful APIs using .Net, C#, and SQL.
Front-end development skills like HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
Experience with UI frameworks such as Angular and/or React.
Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server.

Leadership Skills:

Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in web-based application development.
Merces, Goa. with Hybrid working.
