Lead I - Business Analyst with Annuity & SQL

Job Title : Business Analyst
Location : Trivandrum

Experience : 5-9 years

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst : Proven experience in the role, with a strong grasp of the business analysis lifecycle.
• Annuity Domain Experience : Expertise in the annuity or financial services domain.
• SQL Proficiency : Strong knowledge of SQL to query and manipulate data effectively.
• Business Analysis : Ability to manage requirements through the entire project lifecycle from discovery to delivery. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• Requirements & Feasibility : Experienced in full requirements management processes, conducting feasibility studies, and evaluating options.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships across various levels, from users to senior management, ensuring all their needs are met.
• Effective Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex or sensitive information.
• Project Support : Experience working with project teams, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting business readiness activities.
• Delivery Methodologies : Experience with different delivery methodologies, including Prince2, Agile, and Scrum.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Python Knowledge : Familiarity with Python for additional data analysis and automation tasks.
• Creative & Innovative Thinking : Ability to think outside the box to deliver high-value business benefits efficiently.
• Business Case Writing : Experience contributing to the creation of comprehensive business cases, including cost planning and budget management.
• Workshop Facilitation : Experience organizing and leading business analysis workshops.
