Lead II - Business Analysis

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and work with one of the leading financial services organizations in the US. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java-based web technologies and collaboration platforms , along with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will collaborate with both domain and technical experts, help manage customer requirements, and ensure smooth execution of projects while maintaining agile practices.

• Business Analysis :

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record in collaborating with customers and managing requirements.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and values.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, planning, and tracking project progress in collaboration with development teams.

• Programming Languages :

  • Solid understanding of at least one programming language (e. g. , Java , C# ) with the ability to communicate effectively with development teams about technical requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript , HTML , and CSS .

• Agile & PLM Tools :

  • Proficiency in using agile PLM tools like JIRA for project tracking and sprint management.
  • Good understanding of Git for version control and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaboration Platforms :

  • Familiarity with AODocs collaboration platform (preferred).
  • Experience with cloud technologies and platforms is a plus.

• Communication & Leadership :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills with experience in conflict resolution and fostering continuous improvement.
